Chief Architect
Jenkins Ebiware Jr is the Chief Architect of Malkant Group. He designs the company's learning operating system and the standards its communities are built against, and he builds each community to the point where an operator can run it. He is an instructional designer by discipline and a technologist by background. Before Malkant Group he was Senior Director at Slalom Build, where he set strategic direction for a global software engineering division, and Managing Director at Samex, a process optimization firm. Earlier, as Director of Technology at ComForCare Franchise Systems, he built the support infrastructure and training programs behind 200 franchise locations and 1,500 users. He holds an executive specialization in entrepreneurship from The Wharton School.
Malkant Group doesn't put a personality at the front of its communities. The brand is the authority — which is what allows a community to outlast any individual who runs it, including its founder.
Each Malkant Group community is run day to day by an operator who holds the room, keeps the schedule, and serves the members. Operators aren't contractors and they aren't franchisees. They run a Malkant Group community to Malkant Group standards, backed by the company's platform, methodology, and name.
