The Bi-Weekly Discussion: Every two weeks, you receive a focused discussion topic drawn from one of the three lab experiences. The discussion frames a specific professional or operational challenge: giving you the context and perspective to engage with the diagnostic tool that follows with intention rather than guesswork.

30 discussion topics in total; 10 per lab; rotating across the three labs throughout the year. No two consecutive discussions cover the same lab, and no topic repeats within a full cycle.

The On-Demand Diagnostic Lab: Each bi-weekly discussion is paired with access to the relevant on-demand diagnostic lab experience. The diagnostic tool is dynamic: it generates different questions and recommendations based on how you respond, calibrated to the specific discussion topic that preceded it.
